Sadly, The Sawmill Inn Closes For Good!!!
The Management and Staff of The Sawmill Inn deeply regrets the necessity of announcing
the permanent closing of The Sawmill Inn. Under the present management, for the past
four years, The Sawmill Inn has attempted to meet the fining dining needs of
Vinton County and surrounding areas as well as travelers and tourists. It is with
heavy hearts that we are forced to close our business. Due to the size of our community,
and lack of enough travel traffic, our expenses continue to exceed revenue.
The amount of customer traffic necessary to support this establishment is
just not present.
We will miss the familiar faces and loyal customers who have come to depend upon
The Sawmill Inn. Please accept our sincere appreciation for your patronage and
loyalty during our operation.
